Common across the case file: operators operated through impersonated KYC documents and blocked withdrawal requests. These behaviours, combined with required upfront deposits routed through obscure custodial wallets, are the basis on which SARFund classified the platform as a verified scam broker.

Channels through which PrimeQX has been reported include Facebook group reports, direct victim submissions through SARFund, and Telegram channel testimonials. SARFund cross-references new submissions against existing reports before adding evidence to the case file.

What victims should do

If you deposited funds with this platform, file a claim with SARFund as soon as possible. Provide transaction hashes, wallet addresses, deposit dates, and any communication with the operator (Telegram, WhatsApp, email). The fresher the evidence, the higher the chance of a successful trace.
