RiseGrandAction has been flagged on the SARFund registry as a reported cloud-mining cash-out scam. Victim submissions describe a familiar pattern: an initial small deposit that “performs”, followed by escalating top-ups and a final wall when withdrawal is requested.

Common across the case file: operators promised guaranteed returns and required upfront deposits routed through obscure custodial wallets. These behaviours, combined with demanded “tax” or “verification” fees before withdrawal, are the basis on which SARFund classified the platform as a verified scam broker.

Public chatter on Reddit victim threads, Quora question threads and Telegram channel testimonials shows the same recurring complaint structure: deposits go in, dashboard “earnings” appear, withdrawal requests trigger fee demands, and contact eventually goes silent.
