Across the verified submissions, three red flags repeat: the broker promised guaranteed returns, demanded “tax” or “verification” fees before withdrawal, and blocked withdrawal requests. None of these are unique to Safe Horizon — they are the structural fingerprint of this scam typology.

Reports have surfaced via Reddit victim threads and Telegram channel testimonials, with corroborating threads on Google Search complaints. Victim accounts converge on identical timelines and identical withdrawal-blockade tactics.
