SARFund tracks BRCC as an under forensic review, with between 40 and 250 victims currently registered against the case. Evidence has been routed to the assigned independent recovery partner for verification and tracing.

Common across the case file: operators operated through impersonated KYC documents and demanded “tax” or “verification” fees before withdrawal. These behaviours, combined with blocked withdrawal requests, are the basis on which SARFund classified the platform as a verified scam broker.

Channels through which BRCC has been reported include TrustPilot complaints, Quora question threads, and direct victim submissions through SARFund. SARFund cross-references new submissions against existing reports before adding evidence to the case file.

What evidence helps most

Transaction hashes (the on-chain proof of your deposit), screenshots of the broker dashboard, KYC documents you submitted, and full conversation history with any account manager. These four pieces let the partner build a defensible chain of custody.

Redaction policy

SARFund publishes the existence and status of each case but withholds operationally sensitive details. The recovery partner identity, exact victim count, recovered amount, and tagged wallet addresses are released only to verified claimants once the claim form is submitted and matched.

Have transactions linked to BRCC? File a claim with the evidence checklist and SARFund will verify within 48 hours. We never charge to file and we never custody recovered funds.

SARFund does not guarantee recovery. All recovery actions are conducted by independent partners. Submission is free. SARFund is an intermediary case registry, not a recovery firm.
