SARFund tracks MERCANTIX as an multi-victim pooled review, with more than a hundred verified victims currently registered against the case. Evidence has been routed to the assigned independent recovery partner for verification and tracing.

Across the verified submissions, three red flags repeat: the broker promised guaranteed returns, blocked withdrawal requests, and required upfront deposits routed through obscure custodial wallets. None of these are unique to MERCANTIX — they are the structural fingerprint of this scam typology.

Reports have surfaced via direct victim submissions through SARFund and Facebook group reports, with corroborating threads on Quora question threads. Victim accounts converge on identical timelines and identical withdrawal-blockade tactics.

What victims should do

If you deposited funds with this platform, file a claim with SARFund as soon as possible. Provide transaction hashes, wallet addresses, deposit dates, and any communication with the operator (Telegram, WhatsApp, email). The fresher the evidence, the higher the chance of a successful trace.

Why details on this case stay redacted

The Recovery Partner field, victim count, and traced-wallet figures are masked on the public registry. This is deliberate: publishing partner identities or live victim counts compromises tracing operations and tips off counterparties. Verified claimants receive the partner contact privately after submitting evidence.
